Steps in Processing Orders:

 

1. Product Arrangement

 

The products of your order will be arranged by our factories and warehouses. Once the products of your order are being arranged, your order status will be changed to "Paid in Process".


 

>>> For orders with "Send me the order without replacement" option selected:

 

1. We will send out your order right away when all the available items in your order arrive in our packing center in Hong Kong.

 

In the meantime, the tracking code of your order will also be entered and shown to you in the order history page. Your order status will be changed to "Shipped with Tracking Code".

 


 

2. Then we will send you the delivery notification email with details of your order and your customer balance after the order. The details of your customer balance will also be shown in the order history page for your reference.

 

Your customer balance will then be recorded in our system and the balance will be shown to you after you login. The balance can either be used in your next order or refunded upon your request.

 


 

3. Your order status will be changed to "Shipment Notification Sent" and that means your order is completed.

 


 

>>> For orders with "Send me the replacement request with short item details" option selected:

 

1. We will send you the Replacement Request email with short item details and request you to place a replacement order over our website.

 

 

The short item details will also be shown in the order history page of the order for your reference.

 

 

Once the replacement request email is sent to you, your order status will be updated to "Waiting for Replacement Order"


 

2. Please go to our website and login to place a replacement order. Once your replacement order is received, your order status will be updated to "Replacement Order Received"

 


 

3. We will then process your replacement order by arranging the products in your replacement order.

 

We will send out your order right away with the available items in your replacement order all together with the available items in your original order.

 

In the meantime, the tracking code of your order will also be entered and shown to you in the order history page. Your order status will be changed to "Shipped with Tracking Code".

 

The contents of the replacement order and the short items in your replacement order will be shown on the order history page.

 


 

4. Then we will send you the delivery notification email with details of your order and your customer balance after the order.

 

 

Once the delivery notification email with details of your order is sent to you, the details of your customer balance will also be shown in the order history page for your reference.

 

 

Your customer balance will then be recorded in our system and the balance will be shown to you after you login. The balance can either be used in your next order or refunded upon your request.

 

Your order status will be changed to "Shipment Notification Sent" and that means your order is completed.
